Challenge: Project challenges included the following:
- The teams worked within a tight time frame to reduce application delivery time.
- Elinext test analysts had to investigate and test some application without requirements, based only on the features priorities and risks assessment.
- Elinext test analysts had to ensure that the main issues and root causes are identified and helped to increase the platform performance, UI/UX and reliability.
Solution: Elinext responded promptly to the request, analyzed the platform and proposed relevant testing approach which helped to identify the performance, UI/UX and reliability issues. Elinext Web Testing Analysts analyzed and tested the applications with a minimum idle time.
Results: Elinext Web Test Analysts managed to analyze the applications and find more than 60 defects, among which were about 13% of blocking & critical defects. Elinext Mobile Test Analysts run more than 500 test cases supported with the Exploratory Testing and Error Guessing test techniques. All the defects and configuration problems were documented in details and explained to the customer. As a result the number of complains customer received decreased by 67%, the end user satisfaction increased by 48%.
