Chief Technology Officer
Alexey Shliakhouski is the Chief Technology Officer at Elinext with more than 25 years of experience in the software development industry and over 20 years within the Elinext Group. He has progressed from a software developer and team lead to IT Services Director, and since 2019, has served as CTO, playing a key role in defining the company’s technical strategy and long-term development direction.
Alexey began his IT career in 1998 at the Scientific Research Institute of Automation Facilities, where he quickly advanced from junior to leading developer. He later worked as a team lead at international technology companies, including CA Technologies, managing distributed teams and contributing to large enterprise products in infrastructure monitoring and service management.

With more than 25 years in the IT industry and over 20 years at Elinext, Alexey Shliakhouski has built a distinguished career spanning software engineering, team leadership, service delivery, and executive technology management. Joining Elinext in 2002, he progressed through a series of leadership roles — from developer and team lead to IT Services Director — before taking on the position of CTO in 2019.
As Chief Technology Officer, Alexey is responsible for the company’s overall technology vision, engineering culture, and strategic development. He oversees the work of over 470 IT professionals across multiple disciplines and global offices, ensuring that Elinext’s technical capabilities remain aligned with client needs and industry best practices. A member of the Forbes Technology Council, he actively contributes insights on enterprise software trends, engineering leadership, and digital transformation.
