We follow structured data retention rules tailored to each engagement. Once a project ends, client data is either securely transferred or permanently removed according to the agreed terms. You always maintain full transparency over what data is stored, where it resides, and who has access to it.

We measure how effectively risks are identified and addressed during design. This includes tracking the number of systems and features with documented threat models, the coverage of critical user flows, and how quickly identified threats are mitigated. The goal is to ensure risks are surfaced before implementation, not discovered in production.

Security in development is monitored through engineering signals such as code review coverage, frequency of security-related findings in static analysis, etc. These metrics help ensure secure coding practices are consistently applied, not dependent on individual effort.

We track the effectiveness of validation and response processes through penetration testing results, defect density, incident frequency, and mean time to detect and resolve issues. This provides visibility into how well the system withstands real-world attack scenarios and how quickly problems are contained.

Security maturity also depends on human behavior. We measure training completion rates, participation in security programs, and responsiveness to security policies and incident reporting. These indicators help ensure that security awareness is actively maintained across all teams, not treated as a one-time exercise.
