Requirements
Elinext’s priority task on this project was delivering a powerful photo editor but at the same time not to allow users to see long calculations, just enjoy results in the short term and without any freezes. Integration with Allunique community, social sharing, and networking, mobile analytics – main requested features for the project.
Challenge
Project challenges included the following:
- User should be able to easily get photos from and post crafted images to attached social network accounts in one click - Elinext designer should create the design from starch and go throw all the customer’s validation steps - Application should be lightweight, size is no more than 15 mb - Application should avoid UI freezes and hide all the heavy processes from the user.
Solution
iOS and Android applications were built as Universal applications – optimized for the smallest smartphone’s and largest tablet’s displays. Aviary SDK, GrabKit and UI Activity View allow reducing development time, guarantee high performance and easy integration processes.
Results
Elinext mobile team and designer created a powerful photo editor integrated with the Allunique community. The app has the following features:
- Shoot and create the best effects - Share your photos directly with the famous Instagram community - Photo effects and filters - Adjust, brightness, contrast, saturation, and warmth - Cosmetic tools: fix red-eye, whiten and blemish tools - Sharpness, blur, focus, orientation - Crop, rotate and straighten your photos - The application is translated into 21 languages - Draw frames and add text - Create own mems and stickers - Share creation directly with @allunique, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Email.
