Experience Overview
Since joining Elinext, Gennady has progressed through key leadership roles, including Team Lead of a distributed web development team in Vietnam, Project Manager, and, since 2019, IT Services Director. His expertise lies in building efficient delivery processes, managing distributed teams, and overseeing large-scale enterprise projects.
Gennady played a crucial role in establishing development processes and forming teams within Elinext’s Vietnam delivery center. Today, he serves as a Delivery Manager for major enterprise clients and leads the company’s design department. His portfolio includes over 120 commercial projects of varying complexity for international customers.
