About Client
Our client is a Canada-based telemedicine platform focused on women’s hormonal, reproductive, and mental health. The platform provides medical consultations, personalized care plans, fertility and IVF support, symptom tracking, and educational content: all in a calm and intuitive web interface.
For confidentiality reasons, the client’s name and logo cannot be publicly disclosed. UX/UI design for healthcare apps is not our specialty, but we completed dozens of projects like this. They addressed us with the request of UI/UX design services for healthcare applications.

The application sought to improve its platform’s usability, clarity, and accessibility through a full-scale redesign of the user interface and experience. Our customer was looking for UX/UI design for healthcare apps.

Final Product Overview
The redesigned platform achieved a significant UX and UI optimization. UI/UX design services for healthcare applications were delivered. The project design was completed in a single phase, without breaking it down into stages such as MVP or Phase 1. This was due to the client’s tight and clearly defined deadlines, as well as a strong and focused understanding of the desired outcome for the final product.
Additionally, the client was part of the target audience, which allowed us to conduct informal interviews during joint calls whenever we needed deeper insights. The client was highly invested in the outcome, and we established an efficient workflow where, during brief calls, we presented current progress and future concepts, receiving real-time feedback that allowed us to iterate quickly and stay aligned. UI/UX design services for healthcare applications were delivered successfully.

Anna's family goals[/caption]
We completely redesigned the system: both visually and in terms of usability, addressing the UX flaws that had been introduced in the previous version of the application.
The foundation of the new user flow design was based on two core frameworks: Nielsen’s heuristics and Gestalt psychology principles. In addition to these, we applied a data-driven design approach, informed by user research and industry best practices.

Fully Custom Calendar[/caption]
We also developed a fully custom calendar that meets all user needs while remaining highly functional. Since the calendar may be exported and printed as a PDF, all colors were carefully selected to ensure proper visibility and accuracy in the CMYK color space.
