Aziza Shcherbich is the Head of Project Management at Elinext and a Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience in IT. She has been with Elinext since February 2019, starting as a Project Manager and Business Analyst and progressing to the role of Head of PM in September 2021.
Holding a Bachelor of Laws degree, Aziza transitioned into IT in 2014, beginning as a QA Engineer before advancing through business analysis and project management. She has complemented her academic background with hands-on IT training in project management, business analysis, quality assurance, and front-end development.

Aziza began her career in IT in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, which gave her a strong foundation in product quality and delivery standards. She later moved into Business Analysis and Project Management, gaining hands-on experience across healthcare, finance and banking, manufacturing, telecommunications, e-commerce, and education domains.
As Head of PM at Elinext, Aziza is responsible for building and managing the Project Management Department, establishing and improving delivery processes, mentoring project managers, and supporting delivery teams. She oversees projects of various complexity, including large-scale initiatives with annual revenues of up to $1 billion, ensuring client satisfaction, predictable delivery, and continuous process improvement.
