Elinext Group Victory Participation at Extreme-party Challenge
Three kilometers of sticky mud, glacial water and barbed wire – these are far not all the impediments that were successfully overcome by 16 brave hearts (four teams) representing Elinext Company. Having come to the track “Challenge” they faced with 18 obstacles of different level of complexity and did not give in.
September 12, 2015 Carrying heavy logs, wading the river, running through the swamp, crawling on their bellies, climbing the rope and stairs, overcoming the 2 meter smooth wall – it was not a piece of cake but they did it with a brilliant result – 3d place with 17 teams taking part in the competition. We proud of Elinext Group members who brought a winning place to our company.
The huge part of their success must be attributed to wise team-building strategy. The support within the team both physical and psychological helped to achieve good results and not feel total exhaustion afterwards.
The team-building strategy applied by Elinext Group team members enhanced formation and development of team skills and team spirit. It developed confidence and trust among employees, helped to wisely clarify team roles to achieve best possible results and effectively use the strengths of employees` characters.
The practice of team-building is widely applied among companies all over the world. In fact, team-building as a part of the corporate culture is the best cure to any problems in the interpersonal communication.
But, of course, for perfect atmosphere at the workplace and optimization of functions and roles within the team, team-building events should take place regularly, not once a year. The same is true about any sport – to bring tangible results-exercises should be embedded into working routine on a daily basis.
